Who can become an agency partner?
Any agency, freelancer, or consultant who deploys websites for clients. You don’t need to be a CMS Chat user yourself — though it helps to know the product before recommending it.
How is attribution tracked?
By your referral link. Sign up as an agency and your link plus a monthly earnings breakdown are in your dashboard under “Partner program”; a click attaches the client to you for 30 days. Payouts are still handled by hand at month end.
Is there a cap on earnings?
No. No cap on referrals, no cap on total commission. Refer 100 clients and earn your rate on all of them, every month.
How much do I earn per referral?
Your own plan decides it: 20% of what your referred client pays us on the Agency plan, 30% on Studio — every month, for as long as they stay. The rate follows your current plan, so upgrading lifts every referral you already have.
What if a referral cancels?
Commission stops when the subscription ends. If they resubscribe later, the commission resumes.
Can I combine this with my own services?
Yes — that’s the whole point. Many partners build CMS Chat into their delivery package: ship the site, configure CMS Chat, hand it over. You earn project fees plus recurring commission.
